We want every customer to feel confident when purchasing gardening supplies from OiwbcSm™. This policy explains the conditions for returning merchandise, how to begin the process, and how eligible refunds are handled.
Return Eligibility
A return request must be submitted within 30 days after your package is delivered. The item must remain unused and in the condition in which you received it. Please include the original packaging whenever possible.
You will also need to provide valid proof of purchase, such as your receipt, order confirmation email, or another purchase record.
Some products may not qualify for return due to hygiene standards, safety considerations, or restrictions associated with the particular item.

Please reach out to OiwbcSm™ customer service before returning merchandise. Our team will assess your request and, if the return is approved, send you the appropriate shipping instructions. Items should not be mailed back without prior authorization.
Return Expenses and Refund Review
In most situations, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. OiwbcSm™ will cover this expense when the product was delivered damaged or defective, or when the return results from a shipping mistake.
Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, we will notify you of our decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
The initial shipping charge is generally nonrefundable unless an error by OiwbcSm™ made the return necessary.
